The newest addition to AC Hotels by Marriott Atlanta portfolio is set to open this winter.
AC Hotel Atlanta Airport Gateway is in the developing Gateway Center in College Park, close to the Georgia International Convention Center and steps from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s ATL SkyTrain.
The hotel will feature 222 guest rooms, with rates starting at $139 per night. The centrally located AC Lounge will be a gathering space by day and social retreat by night, featuring handcrafted cocktails, tapas and desserts.
“AC is all about removing the friction of travel and offering a seamless experience for guests,” Jeff Fowler, general manager of AC Hotel Atlanta Airport Gateway, said in a press release. “Considering our proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson, it’s an ideal match.”
AC Atlanta Airport Gateway will come online soon after the opening of Gateway Center Arena, home of the College Park Skyhawks, the Atlanta Hawks G-League affiliate, and will also host sporting events, concerts and convocations.
