Dallas offers easy access to two major airports, cutting-edge venues providing approximately 1.6 million square feet of space, and outstanding cultural amenities. “Dallas exudes its own unique energy, which is fueled, empowered, and supercharged by its diverse people,” says D. Bradley Kent, senior vice president and chief sales officer for Visit Dallas. “Visitors can explore 20 distinctive neighborhoods where innovation meets rich cultural heritage and experience a city that invites everyone to be their best self.”

Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas features one million square feet of exhibit space, 88 meeting rooms, a 9,816-seat arena, and a 1,750-seat theater. In 2024, the convention center officially broke ground on a 2.5 million-square-foot expansion project expected to finish in 2029. Components include 260,000 square feet of new breakout space, 170,000 square feet of ballroom space, and a renovated arena and theater.

The 1,606-room Hilton Anatole, the city’s largest hotel, sits on 45 acres and boasts 600,000 square feet of event space, including a 45,000-square-foot ballroom with a capacity of 5,250 for receptions and 4,740 theater style. Sheraton Dallas Hotel has 1,841 guest rooms and 231,311 square feet of event space with a capacity of 5,000 people. Omni Dallas features 110,000 square feet of meeting space, including 41 meeting rooms and two ballrooms, while Fairmont Dallas offers 545 guest rooms and 73,000 square feet of event space.

The 448-room Westin Galleria Dallas, connected to the luxury Galleria Dallas shopping complex, contains 60,000 square feet of meeting space. Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center boasts 55,000 square feet of meeting space and a new 6,600-square-foot ballroom addition. Dallas Marriott Downtown, which offers 31,000 square feet of event space, recently completed a $17 million renovation of its 416 guest rooms. A new Intercontinental Dallas is scheduled to open this spring in Uptown Dallas with more than 21,000 square feet of event space.

Downtown Dallas offers a mix of modern skyscrapers, historic landmarks, and cultural attractions. Meeting attendees can explore top spots like Perot Museum of Nature and Science and Klyde Warren Park, which connects downtown to the Arts District. Other destinations include Deep Ellum, renowned for its vibrant live music scene, street art, and edgy and creative vibe, and Dallas Arts District, the country’s largest contiguous urban arts district.
