Pendry Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with SomeraRoad, a Nashville, Tenn.- and New York-based real estate investment and development firm, and Trestle Studios, have announced plans to bring the new Pendry Nashville Hotel and Pendry Residences Nashville to the Paseo South Gulch district. The hotel is expected to open in 2027.
