Beaumont features an array of versatile meeting spaces across more than 200,000 square feet citywide. “With everything within a 15-minute drive, Beaumont offers the convenience of a small town with the vibe of a big city,” says Tessa Myers, director of sales for Visit Beaumont.
Doggett Ford Park, near Interstate 10, features five venues, including a 48,000-square-foot exhibit hall for gatherings of up to 1,000 people. Floor space within the venue’s arena accommodates up to 1,000 for seated dinners, and a spacious lobby is ideal for receptions. Beaumont Civic Center has more than 41,000 square feet and two levels of exhibit floor space and can host a capacity of 1,000 people for seated banquets. Downtown Lakeside Event Centre contains 16,000 square feet of indoor event space and can hold up to 350 guests at round tables and 600 theater style.
Hotels with event space include the 252-room Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Beaumont Plaza, with 26,000 square feet of event space, including a 10,500-square-foot grand ballroom, which can be divided into six smaller rooms and accommodates up to 1,200 theater style or 850 for banquets. MCM Eleganté Hotel Beaumont contains more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space across 18 meeting rooms for 1,000 guests. Both hotels recently renovated meeting space and suites.
For teambuilding and competitive fun—as well as dining, entertainment, and unique event space —Beaumont’s Main Event venue offers bowling, multi-level laser tag, and an arcade, while 5 Under Golf Center has indoor and outdoor Topgolf play, a full-service bar, restaurant, and event space.
