A gathering spot for centuries, thanks to a big, natural watering hole, Big Spring is an area of unique beauty and historic significance, located approximately halfway between Dallas and El Paso.

According to VisitBigSpring.com, historic Hotel Settles, which opened in 1930 as the tallest building in the region, today features
65 guest rooms and 15,000 square feet of
event space, including lobby function areas and an elegantly restored 300-person capacity grand ballroom.

Additional venues include the Dora Roberts Community Center, which can accommodate 300 guests; the 3,900-seat Comanche Trail Park Amphitheater, and a variety of classroom, meeting, and exhibit spaces at Howard College, including the 90,000-square-foot Dorothy Garrett Coliseum, featuring an arena, meeting and exhibit space, and athletic facilities.
