The recently opened Brownwood Event Center Complex is a multipurpose space for conventions, meetings, banquets, special events, and concerts. It features the 7,000-square-foot Radford Hall, five breakout rooms, an upstairs lounge, two outdoor concert stages, a covered pavilion, festival grounds, and green space.
Other venues include Adams Street Community Center, which seats 200 theater style; Brownwood Country Club, with a ballroom seating 150 people; the historic Depot Civic & Cultural Center, with space to seat 185 theater style or 140 for banquets; Howard Payne University with a 4,000-seat auditorium, an arena, and classroom spaces; and Hideout Golf Club & Resort, adjacent to Lake Brownwood State Park, with traditional resort lodging, cabins, and ranch homes, plus indoor and outdoor event spaces.
