NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Canopy by Hilton recently debuted in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. It has 181 guest rooms and suites, including 27 suites with connecting terraces boasting skyline views.
Interior finishes feature doors made of reclaimed metal, denim-and-leather headboards, and concrete ceilings—all references to the neighborhood’s heritage.
Guests can choose from five culinary offerings, including onsite dining experiences at Silo and COA, a Five Points Pizza slice window, a full-service coffee bar curated by 8th & Roast, and a forthcoming speakeasy. Modern gastropub, Silo, the property’s signature restaurant, offers the largest ground-floor patio in The Gulch. COA, the hotel’s second full-service culinary outlet, serves elevated Mexican fare and one of the largest agave spirit lists in the state. COA blends indoor and outdoor dining with three open-air terraces, two bars, and a 600-square-foot live agave garden.
“Nashville has an incredibly unique energy that can’t be replicated, and we are excited to add to that character with our newest Canopy property,” says Jenna Hackett, global lifestyle category leader, Hilton. “The hotel has been carefully designed to reflect The Gulch, celebrating its industrial heritage and urban sophistication through its interiors, art collection, and incredible culinary program designed to bring people together.”
