DALLAS, Texas – Dallas’s historic Hilton Anatole Hotel will soon embark on a $30 million renovation.

According to a report for the Dallas Morning News, the 44-year-old hotel located near the city’s downtown core will receive a “guest room refresh.” The article states the hotel’s last major renovation came in 2010 to the tune of a $125 million overhaul.

According to the article, Washington, D.C.-based BBGM Architects & Interiors will handle the renovation design.

Hilton Anatole Hotel first opened as a Loews property, before switching to the Wyndham Hotels brand, and finally Hilton in 2005.

The hotel has more than 1,600 guest rooms and approximately 600,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
