PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. – Beginning on June 26, Dollywood’s much-anticipated second resort, HeartSong Lodge & Resort, will accept reservations for stays as early as November.

The 302-room lodge is tucked in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains and offers accommodation options for multi-generational families and couples. Travelers can choose from guestrooms including bunk rooms, themed suites, and loft rooms tucked in dormers–all themed to the Smokies’ flora and fauna, including the region’s black bears and fireflies. Many of the rooms also include balconies with sweeping views of the vast resort property, located just 10 miles from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

With 26,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, including the 7,500-square-foot HeartSong Ballroom, the property will accommodate gatherings of several hundred guests. From the two-story HeartSong Event Center to outdoor meeting spaces and an event lawn, the resort will offer a variety of options to provide unique and inspiring settings for everything from weddings and family reunions to corporate retreats and meetings.

“Everyone is going to be in awe as soon as they walk through the front doors,” says Eugene Naughton, Dollywood Parks & Resorts president. “The hardest decision for our guests is going to be trying to decide which of our world-class resorts to stay at next.”

Welcoming the outdoors in with high ceilings, exposed beams, and natural layered textures, the five-story resort offers a variety of spaces to recharge and relax. Guests will find four-story, lantern-inspired windows in the lodge’s atrium, indoor and outdoor pools,  and an outdoor cove with family gathering spaces.

Dollywood’s newest resort will feature new dining options in its full-service restaurant, lounge, private dining room, and Songbird Market Grab & Go eatery. In addition, Honeysuckle & Pine Storied Goods Mercantile will offer gifts and keepsakes to take home after a visit.

As an added benefit for booking at a Dollywood property, resort guests will receive priority access to Dollywood parks, as well as early park entry on Saturdays for exclusive ride time on attractions, including the park’s newest and longest roller coaster, Big Bear Mountain. Resort stays also include complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver passes, door-to-door transportation, and package delivery for items purchased inside the theme park.

HeartSong Lodge & Resort will be open in time for Dollywood’s award-winning Smoky Mountain Christmas celebration, which will run from November 4, 2023, to January 6, 2024.
