Nestled in the heart of Wilson County, conveniently off I-40 in Lebanon, Tenn., the Farm Bureau Exposition Center shines as a world-class venue, offering a blank canvas for event planners to unleash and express their unique event vision. The legacy of the Farm Bureau Exposition Center, formerly known as the Wilson County Exposition Center, is a story of extraordinary foresight, dedication, and hard work to bring to life a facility that serves as the cornerstone of the James E. Ward agricultural grounds. Since opening its doors in November 2016, the expo center has been the backdrop for countless agricultural, entertainment, festival, meetings, sports, wedding celebrations, and commercial events.
The Farm Bureau Exposition Center extends the invitation for meeting planners to “meet in the middle” and discover the hidden gem east of Nashville and just 20 minutes from the Nashville International Airport (BNA). This landmark facility offers more than 79,000 square feet of flexible meeting space under one roof, state-of-the-art technology, and convenient amenities to meet event planners’ needs.
The main exhibit hall (MEH) is a 45,000-square-foot mixed-use hall for medium and large events. South Hall (SH) is a carpeted conference area providing more than 7,000 square feet of space, which can be used as one large space or subdivided into four smaller areas. The concourse adds an additional 7,000 square feet of flexible space with exquisite painted cement floors, earthy tone charm, and a natural extension to MEH and SH spaces for events.
