Approximately 30 minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Fort Worth Convention Center offers more than 230,000 square feet of flexible event space, including an exhibit hall with a theater-style seating capacity of  18,260 people. The venue is finishing the first phase of a significant expansion, scheduled for completion in 2029.

Amy Brown, senior vice president of convention sales and services for Visit Fort Worth, says meeting space discounts, room rebates, hotel concessions, and other perks are available to groups booking two or more hotels and at least 2,000 total room nights during the expansion period.

Will Rogers Memorial Center, a nine-minute drive from downtown Fort Worth, features a 125,000-square-foot hall and a 94,460-square-foot event space. The adjacent Dickies Arena seats 14,000 and includes 90,000 square feet of exhibit space.

Hotels with meeting space include the 641-room Omni Fort Worth Hotel, with 68,000 square feet of event space, and the Worthington Renaissance Hotel Downtown, with 53,000 square feet of event space. New hotels include AC Hotel by Marriott, The Sinclair, The Kimpton Harper, Le Méridien, Crescent Hotel, and Bowie House, which was recently honored with two MICHELIN stars.
