Fort Worth Convention Center features more than 250,000 square feet of versatile event space, including 38 breakout rooms and a 28,000-square-foot ballroom. Will Rogers Memorial Center has a 125,000-square-foot exhibit hall with a capacity of 550 vendor booths. Other amenities include a 94,460-square-foot event space with a capacity of 7,200 for receptions and 5,652 theater style. The venue’s 18,000-square-foot exhibit hall accommodates 2,000 people and 100 vendor booths. Approximately 300,000 square feet of outdoor event space is available for large events. The adjacent 14,000-seat Dickies Arena offers 90,000 square feet of exhibit space and two flexible 1,680-square-foot event spaces. An outdoor plaza accommodates up to 2,000.
Notable hotels in the area include Omni Fort Worth Hotel, which has 614 guest rooms and 68,000 square feet of event space with a capacity of 2,000 people in its largest space. The 504-room Worthington Renaissance Hotel Downtown boasts 53,049 square feet of meeting space across 19 event rooms, accommodating up to 1,000 people.
For a unique option, American Airlines C.R. Smith Museum features hundreds of aviation artifacts and accommodates 300 guests for seated dinners and 500 people for receptions. Café Modern, in the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, boasts 5,000 square feet of event space with a capacity of 1,000 in its largest space. World-famous Billy Bob’s Texas entertainment facility can host 6,000 guests, while Fort Worth Zoo offers 30,000 square feet of space for corporate meetings and social events of up to 1,200 people.
