SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The ghosts of Halloween are serving special cocktails for guests of JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. The Ghostini Cocktail and Pumpkin Spice Martini are both available at Crooked Branch, the central bar on the lower level at the hotel.
The Ghostini Cocktail features vanilla vodka, white chocolate liquor, Frangelico, and whipped cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. white chocolate liquor
- ½ oz. Frangelico
- Whipped cream
Preparation: Mix all together, pour and enjoy.
Crooked Branch has carved up its Pumpkin Spice Martini for those who want to indulge in fall pumpkin flavors.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. crème de cacao
- 1 oz. half and half
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 oz. Absolut vanilla vodka
- Sugar to rim glass
- Dollop of whipped cream
- Graham crackers
Preparation: Combine crème de cacao, half and half, and pumpkin spice. Mix with chilled vodka. Pour into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with graham cracker pieces.
Throughout October, the resort will also display Halloween decorations and activities, including a spooky setting with Halloween animatronics and themed decor, a spider scavenger hunt, pumpkin and cookie decorating, and more.
