Mesquite Convention Center and Exhibit Hall connects to the 160-room Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-Mesquite and features 64,664 square feet of event space, including a 35,250-square-foot exhibit hall seating 4,000 theater style and 3,000 for banquets.
In Denton, approximately an hour’s drive northwest of Dallas, Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center offers 318 guest rooms and 70,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space across five rooms. The property is located in Rayzor Ranch, a developing district with restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Additional accommodations and event space are available at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denton North, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and Fairfield Inn & Suites.
South of Dallas, Waco Convention Center features 110,000 square feet of event space, accommodating 2,600 in its largest space. The multiuse BASE (Business, Arts, Sports, and Entertainment) venue at Extraco Event Center can also host more than 3,000 guests. A.C. Hotel Waco Downtown features 15,681 square feet of event space with a capacity of 817, while Hilton Waco has 195 rooms and 8,090 square feet of meeting and event space.
