(James Beam), Four Roses Warehouse and Bottling, four award-winning wineries, and a brewery. The county has more than 1,000 guest rooms, and the 40,000-square-foot Paroquet Springs Conference Center can accommodate groups of 1,500, with banquet seating for 800.
According to Travel Bullitt, recently opened Gallant Fox Brewing offers elevated pub-grub dining, more than 150 bourbons, craft beers, and a tap-room gathering spot. The Kitchen Table at James Beam can accommodate 110 people for events.
At the 16,000-acre Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest, just across the road from the entrance to James Beam, visitors can enjoy landscaped gardens, wooded trails, giant sculptures, a visitor’s center, and a café. Special group programs and tours are available.
