Muscle Shoals, Tuscumbia, and Florence—known collectively as The Shoals—are home to several significant historic sites, including the Alabama Music Hall of Fame and the iconic music studios of Muscle Shoals, Helen Keller’s birthplace at Ivy Green, and the only Frank Lloyd Wright-designed home in Alabama, according to VisitFlorenceAL.com. The Alabama Music Hall of Fame offers indoor and outdoor event space, including the atrium and exhibit halls.

The newly renovated Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa in Florence offers 196 guest rooms and suites, and more than 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space to accommodate 900 guests. It also features a full-service spa and the state’s only revolving restaurant, 360 Grille, located on the 27th floor of the Renaissance Tower and overlooking Florence and the Tennessee River.
