A couple of things are clear from the results of this year’s Radiant Resorts contest: Voters drink up the beachcomber style of Margaritaville Resorts, and they’re smitten with the Sunshine State! Of the top 15 resorts, four are Margaritaville properties (including the top three winners) and eight call Florida home, including two Disney properties, two Opal Collection properties, and one that was hard hit by Hurricane Ian last September and is working to recover.
ConventionSouth’s annual contest, fielded in March on our Facebook page, drew nearly 2,500 voters. Its reach went well beyond our page with shares and re-shares. With a ballot of 75 phenomenal nominees selected by our team, the competition was steep. Fans chose their favorites based on a number of criteria, including amenities, staff, service, and location. Nearly half of the top 15 garnered vote totals in the triple digits.
