ORLANDO, Fla. – Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is now under the company’s latest brand after a renovation and rebranding.
Owned by Park Hotels & Resorts, Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is part of the Bonnet Creek Complex, which also features Waldorf Astoria Orlando.
Both Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando will undergo a multi-phased meetings and events space transformation and expansion that will yield a more elevated experience.
“Orlando has long been a renowned destination for all occasions given its access to world-class food and beverage outlets, theme parks, and outdoor offerings,” said Danny Hughes, Hilton executive vice president and Americas president. “Given its proximity to the city’s top attractions, Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek will be able to cater to all types of travelers from leisure and business to groups of all sizes and is, therefore, a natural fit for the Signia by Hilton brand. Paired with the meetings and events space expansions, Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek will truly enhance Orlando’s position as a leading meeting and leisure destination as demand rebounds and people return to travel.”
Signa by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek also completed a refresh of its two ballrooms and pre-function space and will undergo a new-build expansion specifically for meetings and events. The new-build expansion features the addition of more than 94,000 square feet of multi-functional meeting and event space, including the new 35,000-square-foot Waterside ballroom built over the water, with pre-function space, a screened veranda with views of the award-winning golf course, evening fireworks at Walt Disney World Resort, an outdoor event patio, and an expansive event lawn.
When booking Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, guests also have access to Waldorf Astoria Orlando. The 502-room luxury hotel is also debuting new meetings and events space next year. The new structure will feature an 8,000-square-foot ballroom and nearly 5,000 square feet of pre-function space. Coupled with the new and current indoor function space for luncheons, small events, and more, Waldorf Astoria Orlando will offer more than 60,000 square feet of indoor space.
Once both expansion projects are complete, the Bonnet Creek Complex will offer close to 300,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The expansions will be completed in phases, with Waldorf Astoria Orlando slated for completion in 2022, followed by Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in 2023.
