FORT WORTH, Texas – The Kimpton Harper has announced the promotion of Keely Bradley to director of outlets.
Bradley joined The Kimpton Harper in 2021 as the food and beverage outlets manager, overseeing the two on-property culinary offerings, including award-winning Italian restaurant iL Modo and penthouse cocktail lounge Refinery 714.
In her new role, Bradley will oversee operations at both, aiming to guarantee continued growth and recognition for both outlets. Additionally, she is accountable for developing menu changes; onboarding and maintaining staff members, including the individual outlet managers; and implementing cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures.
“Keely has been an essential part of the team at The Harper since we opened our doors back in 2021, and this new role fully supports the wealth of knowledge and expertise she has contributed to the hotel and its success,” says Joshua Scott, director of food and beverage. “In the last three years, Keely’s prevalent managerial skillset led to award-winning programs and activations for both outlets, putting us in the well-deserved spotlight, and I only see this continuing under her leadership.”
Upon joining the team, Bradley played a part in the success of iL Modo and Refinery 714, including developing the restaurant’s Italian wine program and coordinating the menus alongside executive chef Greg Pawlowski.
Since 2021, iL Modo has been named Fort Worth Magazine’s Best New Restaurant, Best Italian Restaurant, and Best Restaurant. Just this year, iL Modo was also ranked among the best brunches in Fort Worth by the magazine and made OpenTable’s 2023 Diners’ Choice Awards list.
Prior to The Harper, Bradley served as food and beverage outlets manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas – Campbell Centre, where she dedicated nearly half a decade to honing her craft. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
