Primary meeting spaces in the city include Inn of the Hills Hotel & Conference Center, with 165 guest rooms and cabanas and 22,000 square feet of event space; Y.O. Ranch Hotel & Conference Center, with 191 guest rooms, an 8,025-square-foot ballroom, and an additional 2,578 square feet of meeting and convention facilities; and Hill Country Youth Event Center, which has 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Mo-Ranch Conference Center has lodging for 880 people in hotel rooms, lodges, and cabins, with event space for 800. Schreiner University also has space for small conferences and summer retreats, according to Kerrville CVB.
Offsite event venues include Dietert Center, which can accommodate 250 people for various functions and features a large deck overlooking the Guadalupe River, and Museum of Western Art, with space to seat 160 guests indoors and 220 for outdoor functions. The museum features rotating, touring exhibits and gardens graced with bronze sculptures.
