Known as “The Rose Capital of America,” Tyler in Smith County features the new W.T. Brookshire Conference Center at the Tyler Rose Complex. The venue has 24,000 square feet of meeting space, along with an expansive front lawn and a 15,500-square-foot porch area. The complex also features the Tyler Municipal Rose Garden, offering more than 7,400 square feet of event space, including four meeting rooms, exhibit space, and outdoor event spaces. The Mayfair Building has 12,320 square feet of event space, and Tyler Civic Theatre contains two theaters seating 350 people and 130 people, respectively.
Hotels with meeting space include the 182-room Holiday Inn Tyler Conference Center, which accommodates up to 500 people; Courtyard by Marriott Tyler, with 4,016 square feet and a capacity of 250 people; and the 125-room Hilton Garden Inn, offering six meeting rooms with a capacity of 210 people for receptions.
