BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.—Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is launching the final phase of a multi-year comprehensive renovation project, coinciding with the resort’s 25th anniversary in 2026. The renovation will focus on enhancing the resort’s Stillwater Spa & Salon.

Located near Naples, the award-winning resort has already completed renovations of its 462 guest rooms and suites, restaurants, lobby, and meeting spaces.

“As we celebrate 25 years of welcoming guests to our slice of southwest Florida paradise, this final phase of renovation represents our continued commitment to offering exceptional, modern, and restorative experiences,” says Brian Kramer, general manager of Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa. “By transforming Stillwater Spa & Salon and completing our multi-year enhancement plan, we are investing in the future of our incredible property and reaffirming our promise to deliver unforgettable moments to every guest.”

The Stillwater Spa & Salon renovation is scheduled to begin in mid-2026 and is expected to feature refreshed design elements, expanded treatment areas, and new amenities reflecting contemporary wellness trends. Ahead of the renovation, the resort hired Meaghan Lannon as its spa director. Lannon brings more than 14 years of experience in hospitality and wellness, including leadership in luxury spas and fitness management.

The spa update follows a series of recent improvements across the property. In late 2025, the resort debuted redesigned meeting spaces with coastal-inspired colors, new carpeting, wall coverings, updated lighting, and artwork reflecting southwest Florida’s natural environment. The renovation also includes upgrades to the Calusa Ballroom Terrace, which features new pavers, enhanced lighting, integrated turf, and redesigned landscaping.

Earlier renovations included a complete update of guest rooms, completed in 2022; a redesign of the Tarpon Bay restaurant and enhancements to the resort’s waterpark, in 2023; and the debut of Tanglewood – A Southern Kitchen, a rebranded dining concept featuring Southern-inspired cuisine and coastal design elements, in 2024.

Hyatt Regency Coconut Point opened in September 2001. The resort offers a range of amenities, including a private-island experience on Big Hickory Island, accessible by a 15-minute ferry ride. The island boasts a pristine white-sand beach, tranquil waters, and shaded seating areas, offering opportunities to spot local wildlife along the way.

On the mainland, guests have access to the resort’s waterpark, featuring a lazy river, multiple pools, waterslides, and private cabanas with dedicated F&B service. Resort guests also have access to Stillwater Spa & Salon, which offers a variety of treatments, along with a sauna, steam room, and relaxation areas. Additionally, they have access to the nearby Saltleaf Golf Preserve.

To commemorate the anniversary, the resort plans to offer special promotions throughout the year, with details to be announced on its Instagram account, @HyattRegencyCoconutPoint.
