
NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Windsor Court has announced Alexander Kuzin as the property’s new chef de cuisine.
Overseeing The Grill Room, The Polo Club, Le Salon, and Café Anglais, Kuzin will evolve the direction of The Grill Room with a new dinner menu introduction while guiding the culinary teams.
“Chef Alex’s experience and knowledge is a great pairing to our culinary and beverage team,” says Ralph Mahana, general manager, The Windsor Court. “His previous leadership in luxury hotels’ food and beverage along with energy and enthusiasm for New Orleans, brings a perfect complement to The Windsor Court.”
Growing up in south Florida, Kuzin’s cooking journey began at Le Cordon Blue Culinary College in Miami earning an associate of science degree in culinary arts, then gaining a bachelor of science in culinary management at the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Kuzin pursued his food and beverage passion in Florida with great success as chef de cuisine at both Loews Miami Beach and Nobu EDEN Roc Miami Beach among others roles and restaurants.
