
ATLANTA—Davidson Hospitality Group announced recent appointments and promotions to propel the organization’s growth strategies and market opportunities.
Harris White joins the hospitality management company as chief financial officer. White has more than 25 years of experience as a CFO, most recently at Virgin Hotels Collections. His career in the hospitality and leisure industries includes success in scaling businesses, sales and acquisitions, and managing multi-unit teams.
Nick Gregory joins the company as senior vice president, strategic operations, after more than 30 years with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Gregory began as a hotel doorman and climbed up the ranks to vice president of hotel operations for the Northeast and Florida. Following a brand acquisition by IHG Hotels & Resorts, Gregory was appointed senior vice president of hotel operations in 2016; in this role, he created a franchise option with Kimpton, resulting in 12 effective property transitions.
Robert Morse takes the role of vice president of revenue management, Davidson Resorts and Davidson Hotels, after more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In his new role, he will develop and execute topline strategies to maximize profit revenue across room and ancillary services.
Kyle McCoy is vice president of learning and organizational development. His former experience includes leading talent programs across 30 countries for such companies as Genuine Parts Company, ThyssenKrupp Elevator, and Mercedes-Benz USA.
Michele Smith has stepped into the position of chief accounting officer after approximately 11 years of leadership at Davidson. Smith will be working to spearhead accounting and financial efforts within the company.
Jason Rabidoux will lead the company’s growth efforts as chief investment officer. In this role, he will guide strategic investment, acquisition, and disposition activity, and oversee asset management and capital allocation.
