
HAMPTON, Va. – Visitors to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Convention Center in Virginia will now see the fruits of a six-month, multimillion-dollar renovation. Featuring newly renovated guest suites, the 295-key hotel is operated by Atrium Hospitality.
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton’s redesigned guest suites and bathrooms—including two presidential suites—feature new furniture and fixtures, complemented by textile coverings and wall art in neutral colors of gray and white. New 55-inch televisions are included in each suite’s living room and bedroom.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton is the largest hotel in Hampton. The property is next door to the Hampton Roads Convention Center and is within walking distance of the Hampton Coliseum and the Hampton Virginia Aquaplex.
With nearly 4,000 square feet of indoor event space, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton’s 3,237-square-foot Mercury Ballroom can be configured for a range of gatherings, including:
- 120 in classroom style.
- 140 in rounds.
- 175 in theater style.
- 150 for a reception.
The Hampton Roads Convention Center is connected to the hotel by a covered walkway for larger events and offers 344,000 square feet of meeting space and 35 event spaces.
New director of sales and marketing
Atrium Hospitality has also welcomed Ryan Taylor as director of sales and marketing at the property. Taylor joins with 15 years of hospitality experience, including in hotel operations and sales roles. Most recently, he held the same position at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Charlottesville in Virginia.
