The Stride Bank Center in downtown features an 11,000-square-foot ballroom, a second smaller ballroom, 5,500 square feet of meeting space, plus a 5,000-seat arena with space to hold 192 10×10-foot booths. Located on this historic downtown square, near the center, the Glō Best Western Enid Downtown/Convention Center Hotel has 92 guest rooms and is also within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, breweries, and live entertainment venues. The 88-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott Enid has 4,200 square feet of function space.
Family attractions include Adventure Quest, the world’s largest community-built outdoor playground, and Leonardo’s Children’s Museum, which includes an annex conference space for 75 meeting or 64 banquet guests. The museum is also available for events and teambuilding excursions. Other unique offsite venues include Chisholm Trail Expo Center, located at Garfield County Fairgrounds, with a 100,000-square-foot pavilion and coliseum seating for 9,000; Simpson’s Old Time Museum, featuring exhibits, Old West movie sets, and space for parties, socials, receptions, and other events; and 81 Ranch, with a 300-person-capacity main hall.
The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center features five interactive galleries, with eyewitness pioneer accounts, oral and video histories, and more than 9,000 original and reproduced photographs, many of which depict the drama of the historic Cherokee Strip Land Run. The center offers indoor and outdoor event spaces.
