
DALLAS, Texas – Fairmont Dallas has welcomed two members to their staff to kick off 2022.
Tanner Austin has been appointed conference services manager and Pawin “P.J.” Souksanith has been appointed executive meeting manager.
Austin will manage all aspects of hotel events and will coordinate arrangements for client functions. Austin began his career in hospitality at Hilton Garden Inn College Station (Bryan, Texas) as catering sales manager. He later held similar roles at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Austin and The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel. He joins Fairmont Dallas from his most recent position as catering sales and conference services manager at The Kimpton Harper in Fort Worth, Texas.
“I am so excited to work with the team at Fairmont Dallas,” Austin said. “It is great to be part of such an iconic hotel and I look forward to a great start to 2022.”
Souksanith will sell and manage onsite program operations for small groups. He has previously worked as a guest services associate at Gaylord Entertainment company and as event management voyager at Marriott international. He joins Fairmont Dallas from his most recent position as venue production manager at Tres LA Catering at The Mason Dallas.
