After joining Four Seasons in 1999, Kostecky held many diverse leadership role around the world, from New York to Seoul and London to the Serengeti. Living and working across four continents, she cultivated a deep appreciation for diverse destinations and traditions. Her world perspective promises to further enhance the guest experience at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, a city known for its own rich cultural fusion.
Kostecky’s recent tenure as hotel manager at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills was marked by significant achievements, including substantial increases in guest experience scores, successful management of high-profile events, and embracing the brand’s Kids For All Seasons program to entice family-friendly urban travel. Her ability to thrive in varied environments, from bustling urban centers to serene retreats, showcases her adaptability and flexibility as a leader. This skill will be invaluable as she guides the hotel through New Orleans’ dynamic calendar, from lively festivals to high-profile concerts to major sporting events.
