PENSACOLA, Fla.—Hard Rock International announced development plans for a new REVERB by Hard Rock Pensacola, scheduled to break ground in 2026 and open by 2029.
REVERB by Hard Rock is a unique hotel brand designed as an energetic cultural hub for connection, creation, and inspiration among music fans, locals, and travelers alike. The Pensacola location will mark the company’s fifth REVERB property in the United States, joining Atlanta and other developments underway in Scottsdale, Ariz., Tampa, Fla., and Kalamazoo, Mich.
REVERB by Hard Rock Pensacola will feature more than 125 hotel technology-enhanced rooms, a full-service restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar and lounge, quick-service restaurant, and fitness center. Additionally, the property will include a meeting space for conferences and a podcast recording studio for local talent and creators.
The property will be located downtown at Maritime Park along Pensacola Bay with views of the Blue Wahoos Stadium and the picturesque water connecting to the Gulf of Mexico. It will provide easy access to nearby hotspots, including beautiful beaches, National Naval Aviation Museum, and Pensacola Museum of Art.
The project is expected to create an economic boost to the area and generate more than 500 construction and more than 75 permanent hospitality employment opportunities with competitive pay.
