
DALLAS, Texas – Fairmont Dallas has introduced James Phillips as the hotel’s new executive chef.
Chef Phillips has a wealth of culinary management experience from more than 25 years in the industry.
“I look forward to continuing my career at Fairmont Dallas and embracing the brand and its values,” Phillips says. “I look forward to bringing my culinary skills and experience to the hotel and developing our magnificent culinary team.”
Phillips previously served at Omni Dallas and looks forward to bringing his familiarity with the city to Fairmont Dallas and Pyramid Restaurant and Bar.
“I enjoy learning new techniques and mastering various cuisines,” Phillips says. “I am eager to share my passion for culinary arts with our guests and develop menu offerings that showcase the palette of our great city.”
Pyramid Restaurant and Bar is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving a variety of dishes inspired by Texas growers and regional vendors.
