The 241-room Lynchburg Grand Hotel features more than 12,000 square feet of flexible conference space across 17 rooms; its largest space can accommodate up to 900 people. The 115-room Virginian Lynchburg, Curio Collection by Hilton, a centerpiece of downtown Lynchburg since 1913, has been restored to its historic grandeur and refreshed with modern amenities. The hotel offers 6,753 square feet of event space, including a restored 2,880-square-foot ballroom with a capacity of 500 people for receptions, 475 theater style, and 294 for banquets. Craddock Terry Hotel, Lynchburg, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel has 4,000 square feet of event space; its largest space has a capacity of 235 people.
