  1. My friend once dutifully unpacked his clothes and put them in the hotel dresser drawers. When he got home, he realized he had forgotten to put them back in his suitcase!

  2. left behind: my GF left behind some very personal clothing (you know what I mean, wink) at a hotel in New Orleans after Mardi Gras; she was so embarrassed she forbid me from calling the hotel about them, lol
    found: I found a diamond pendant in a hotel safe…the safe was open, so I guess the people before missed it when they packed up; they hadn’t even reported it to the hotel before I turned it
