Set on a 72-acre campus, the 936-room NCED Conference Center and Hotel has 75,000 square feet of meeting and event space, with a capacity of 850 guests theater style. The 283-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel and Conference Center has more than 20 meeting and event rooms, including the 28,800-square-foot Oklahoma Ballroom, which can accommodate 3,160 people theater style. The 92-room NOUN Hotel Norman, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel has a ballroom with a capacity of 2,000 people, three smaller rooms, and a 1,000-square-foot courtyard.
Offsite venues include the Chesapeake Energy Courtside Club at Lloyd Noble Center, with space to host 300 banquet guests; and the National Weather Center, with a variety of event spaces, including a 9,000-square-foot atrium, a 230-seat tiered classroom, and smaller classrooms and boardrooms.
