OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The Oklahoma City Convention Center has announced an opportunity for businesses and individuals to secure naming rights for the event destination.

The venue, spanning more than 500,000 square feet, has been a hub for conferences, conventions, trade shows, and special events since its opening in January 2021. The convention center attracts thousands of visitors and event attendees annually.

By securing naming rights, an organization will associate their brand with this landmark, gaining local and national exposure and recognition. According to convention center officials, this strategic partnership offers a platform for businesses to showcase their commitment to the community while aligning their brand with excellence and innovation.

“We are always looking for ways we can support and enhance the guest experience for future events at the convention center and the investment from naming rights will allow us to do that,” says Barbara Beaton, general manager. “As we’ve seen with others who have secured naming rights throughout the country, this partnership will not only enhance an organization’s visibility but also create lasting connections with our diverse audience.”

“The City of Oklahoma City is extremely excited about the opportunity for a naming rights sponsor for the Oklahoma City Convention Center,” says Sue Hollenbeck, the city’s executive manager and special projects manager. “The majority of the monies received from the sponsorship will go to capital maintenance, improvements, and upgrades of the venue. This will help ensure we keep the building at the high quality that our residents and guests have come to expect.”

The naming rights package includes prominent signage throughout the facility, branding opportunities in marketing materials and digital platforms, and customized experiential activities during events. Additionally, a naming rights partner will benefit from access to event spaces for corporate functions and client entertainment.

The convention center is working with Loud City Partnerships to identify and secure the appropriate naming rights partner. Interested parties are encouraged to contact Loud City Partnerships at w.syring@loudcitypartnerships.com or t.nelson@loudcitypartnerships.com.
