Orange Country, Calif.—Pendry Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with SomeraRoad, a Nashville, Tenn.- and New York-based real estate investment and development firm, and Trestle Studios, have announced plans to bring the new Pendry Nashville Hotel and Pendry Residences Nashville to the Paseo South Gulch district. The hotel is expected to open in 2027.
Pendry Nashville is designed by Nashville architectural firm ESa. The property will feature 180 guest rooms and suites, 146 Pendry residences, a ground-floor restaurant and lobby bar, a rooftop pool with a rooftop garden restaurant and bar, an indoor and outdoor fitness center, a writer’s room and library (which doubles as a meeting space), and a junior ballroom with a show kitchen and a ballroom with a private outdoor terrace. The second floor provides 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space altogether.
New York-based interior design studio Post Company is designing the space with Italian marble, warm woods, and burnished brass accents for a feel of “Southern sophistication.”

The 146 Pendry residences will have the conveniences of a home and a dedicated staff to cater to the needs of everyday living, along with access to the hotel’s amenities and services. Exclusive residential amenities will include a private residential pool offering a rooftop experience, a dining room, a whiskey and billiards room, security, parking, personalized services, and property management.
