
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A new nine-floor Hilton hotel is slated to open at Nashville International Airport in late February.
According to the Nashville Business Journal, the hotel will offer 298 rooms and will be built on a five-story parking garage. Chartwell Hospitality developed the hotel with equity from firm Rockbridge Capital.
Chartwell Hospitality covered $95 million on the property, while the Metro Nashville Airport Authority covered the garage and plaza portions for $82 million.
In all, the hotel offers 16,500 square feet of meeting and events space, including an 8,000-square-foot ballroom. Other amenities include an onsite restaurant, Aviators; a lobby with a lounge/bar; a grand piano; a café; a rooftop swimming pool; and a fire pit.
The article states Bill Derbins will serve as general manager of the hotel, and the official opening date is Feb. 20.
