Oklahoma State University (OSU) offers a variety of on-campus venues, including the recently opened O’Brate Stadium, home to Cowboys Baseball. The stadium offers approximately 3,500 seats, 11 suites, and 400 premium seats in dedicated club areas, as well as a nutrition center, a tiered seating classroom, and other spaces. The McKnight Center for the Performing Arts features a 1,100-seat concert hall, 222-seat recital hall, and 1,000-seat outdoor amphitheater. Also on the OSU campus, Outdoor Adventure Challenge Course offers games, obstacles, and problem-solving activities,
dining, and entertainment options.
According to Visit Stillwater, hotels with event space include the 120-room Holiday Inn & Suites Stillwater – University West, with space to seat 140 people theater style; 69-room boutique Atherton Hotel on campus, with space to host 50 people for a reception; and 74-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites, with 1,400 square feet of function space. There are 1,404 guest rooms in the city.
Payne County Expo Center offers 85,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including two large halls and a community building seating 300 for dinners. Tumbleweed Dance Hall and Concert Arena can host 2,500 people standing or 700 seated, while The Range can accommodate 300 event attendees.
