Three downtown Dallas hotels partner to elevate convention experience

DALLAS—Sheraton Dallas Hotel, Dallas Marriott Downtown, and JW Marriott Arts District Hotel are coming together to welcome convention-goers and corporate travelers with Dallas Downtown Connection, a collaboration between the three hotels to offer access to versatile event and meeting spaces, upscale amenities, overflow guest rooms, and a wide range of services.


The Sheraton Dallas Hotel and Dallas Marriott Downtown are conveniently linked by a sky bridge, and JW Marriott Arts District Hotel is just minutes away. Together, these hotels have 292,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, 81 breakout spaces, 2,615 guest rooms, nine restaurants and bars, including two grab-and-go markets, and easy access to downtown Dallas parks for outdoor event options.


Sheraton Dallas has more than 230,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in the middle of the city. The conference center and expansive pre-function areas can accommodate up to 5,000 attendees. It also has 1,841 guest rooms, including 283 suites and 22 presidential suites; four food and beverage outlets; a large fitness center, a pool with views of downtown Dallas, and an outdoor terrace.


At the edge of the Arts District, Dallas Marriott Downtown is connected to Plaza of the Americas. The hotel offers 40,000 square feet of flexible event space and a skilled in-house culinary team to personalize catering needs. It also has 416 guest rooms and suites.


Pacific Plaza Park is steps away from the Sheraton Dallas and Dallas Marriott Downtown. The park, which is part of Dallas Downtown Connection, comes with 3.7 acres of green space for outdoor events. Sheraton Dallas offers catering options in this space, which count toward group contracted food and beverage minimums. Other park features include the 614-foot-long Indiana limestone seat wall traversing the entire park, more than 140 planted trees, 31,950 square feet of lawn, light and standard outlets throughout the park, and outdoor amplified sound, allowed in conjunction with a special-event permit between the hours of 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.


JW Marriott Dallas Arts District Hotel spans 22 floors, with 258 guest rooms and 9 guest suites. The hotel includes 10 versatile meeting venues, totaling 22,218 square feet; its Hardwood Ballroom, at more than 7,700 square feet, can accommodate up to 480 people.
