Mr Morales, I stayed with you last weekend. I was a miserable stay. Could not get maintenance to fix safe or light. House keeping never service room. We were there for a wedding. Called to get fresh towels due lack or Housekeeping. After 1 1/2 hours went to front desk. It then took another 45 minutes. There was no spare roll of toilet paper in bathroom, REALLY? Makes for a fun time. Spoke to your Director of Room on check out and he offered one night comp for problems. If there is something worse than a lousy stay it is being lied to. I checked my Amex bill and no compensation was made. Is this the kind of hotel you were trained to run?
