
ST. LOUIS—The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis, has announced the appointment of Vadim Morozov as executive assistant manager of food, beverage, and culinary services. Morozov, a seasoned hospitality professional with more than a decade of experience, will oversee all culinary and beverage programs as part of the four-star hotel’s commitment to elevate the guest experience through innovation in offerings, exceptional service standards, and a proven track record of effective leadership capabilities.
Morozov brings a wealth of experience at luxury properties across U.S. markets, including The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis hotel brands. “With Vadim’s demonstrated leadership and impressive performance history, our entire team is confident he will provide immense opportunities for the overall growth and culinary evolution of The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis,” says Bosther Kusich, general manager. “As we embark on a new chapter of our hotel with the completion of the lobby reimagination this fall, we are confident in his ability to offer excellence in all aspects of our guest’s experience.”
Throughout his career, Morozov has built motivated teams and utilized a shared vision of success to optimize performance. Equipped with experience in all facets of operations, Morozov is a certified Mezcal sommelier and a WSET Level 2 wine specialist.
