
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) has announced that Brenda Hatton-Ficklin has been named director of community engagement. In her new role, she will build strong ties with residents, organizations, foster strategic partnerships, and support programming that elevates Arkansas’ capital city.
Hatton-Ficklin has more than 30 years of nonprofit and community relations experience, including a variety of sales roles since 2020. She has also been instrumental in attracting major organizations and events to Little Rock, including national sororities, fraternities, and large-scale cultural programs.
“Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge and trusted leadership to the bureau,” says LRCVB vice president of sales & services Stasha Irby. “Her passion for engagement will strengthen our connection to neighborhoods and create new opportunities to showcase the value of tourism to residents.”
