TULSA, Okla.—factor 110 has earned the Visit Tulsa Partner of the Year Award and Accredited Destination Management Company (ADMC) status for its Tulsa Hub, marking two milestones for the destination management company.
Visit Tulsa recognized factor 110 for its work on several high-profile initiatives, including the TODAY Show, Tulsa’s Route 66 Capital Cruise, and Tulsa Regional Tourism’s annual meeting format, “It’s So Late, It’s Early!”
“factor 110 understands what it means to be a true destination partner,” says Renee McKenney, president of Tulsa Regional Tourism. “Their team consistently brings creativity, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to the table. From national exposure to major community celebrations, they have helped us create experiences that showcase Tulsa in meaningful and memorable ways.”
The Partner of the Year recognition coincides with factor 110’s Tulsa Hub earning ADMC status through the Association of Destination Management Executives International. The accreditation recognizes the company’s adherence to professional standards and best practices in destination management.
“These two recognitions reflect the relationships we’ve built in Tulsa and our 20-year commitment to showcasing Oklahoma at its very best,” says Brian Ferrell, CMP, DMCP, founder and CEO of factor 110. “We’re proud of our partnership with Visit Tulsa and equally proud to see our Tulsa Hub recognized for operating at industry-leading standards in destination management.”
factor 110’s work in Tulsa recently included the Route 66 Capital Cruise, a multiday event that brought thousands of classic vehicles, participants, and spectators together to celebrate the Route 66 Centennial. The event—which also established a Guinness World Records title for the largest parade of classic cars—involved collaboration among Visit Tulsa, public agencies, community partners, sponsors, vendors, entertainers, and volunteers.
Established in 2006, factor 110 | Destination Oklahoma describes itself as the first and only destination management company in Oklahoma.
