Broken Arrow offers the feeling of a charming small town with the amenities of a major metro area, says Erin Hoefner, marketing and communications coordinator for the City of Broken Arrow. “Our walkable Rose District is a true arts and entertainment district with brick-lined sidewalks, local restaurants, boutiques, public art, and the 1,500-seat Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center, with a lobby suitable for receptions, anchoring downtown.”
Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center Broken Arrow has 177 guest rooms and 42,000 square feet of meeting space across 10 event rooms, including a ballroom seating 1,320 for dinners. Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa-Broken Arrow has 107 guest rooms and 4,100 square feet of function space, according to Visit Broken Arrow. There are approximately 1,143 guest rooms in the city.
“For planners, our niche is ‘one trip, many moods,’” Hoefner says. “Groups can hold a traditional conference at Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center, a reception in a downtown art gallery or loft, a keynote at the performing arts center, then finish with brewery time or a family-friendly festival, all within minutes of each other.”
Additional event venues include Arts @ 302, with flexible gallery space, classrooms, and event space for up to 150 guests; Museum Broken Arrow – Rose District, with space to accommodate 48 people seated or 80 for receptions; the 4,600-square-foot Broken Arrow Veterans Center; Main Street Loft – Rose District, with 2,000 square feet of space overlooking Main Street; Tulsa Technology Center, with seminar and meeting spaces for up to 900 guests; and space at Northeastern State University’s Broken Arrow campus, which includes a 388-seat auditorium and a banquet room seating 350 theater style.
Broken Arrow is easy to work with, according to Hoefner. “Our tourism office and city departments collaborate closely to support permits, street closures, public safety, and creative event ideas. We pair that service mindset with new tools like a dedicated film incentive, an upcoming film festival, and a growing portfolio of festivals and districts. For planners, that means you get a single, responsive point of contact, flexible venues at multiple price points, and a destination that is actively investing in making events more successful every year.”
