Coast casino hotels account for many of the region’s 16,000 guest rooms and event space. Biloxi’s 1,110-room IP Casino Resort Spa boasts 65,000 square feet of event space, including studio b, a multi-functional space with a capacity of 1,600 guests theater style. Also in Biloxi, the 1,740-room Beau Rivage Resort & Casino contains 50,000 square feet of event space and can host 1,800 in its largest space, and the 700-room Golden Nugget Biloxi Hotel and Casino offers 22,000 square feet of meeting space with a capacity of 1,100 people. In Bay St. Louis, Hollywood Casino & Resort Gulf Coast has 292 guest rooms and 10,000 square feet of meeting space. National brand hotels with event space include the 143-room Courtyard by Marriott Gulfport Beachfront, with 5,862 square feet of meeting space for a capacity of 325. South Beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites has three indoor and outdoor event spaces for 40 to 100 people, while the 195-room Doubletree by Hilton Biloxi boasts 2,340 square feet of event space for a capacity of 100 people.
Near Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (GPT), the 137-room Hilton Garden Inn Gulfport Airport has 2,048 square feet of event space and can host 130 people for receptions, while the Holiday Inn Gulfport-Airport has 143 guest rooms, 2,000 square feet of event space, and accommodates 125 for receptions in its largest space.
