SOUTHLAKE, Texas – The Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square has completed a months-long renovation project of the entire hotel.
Driftwood Capital, the hotel’s ownership group, provided a significant investment into the complete redesign of the hotel property.
“We are proud to unveil our new-and-improved property to guests, corporate clients, and locals alike,” says general manager Mark Coulter. “The new contemporary style and residential feel of our fully renovated spaces will give travelers a sense of home while providing a high-quality, luxury brand lodging experience.”
The hotel received updates and redesign to all areas, including guest rooms, lobby and public areas, several meeting spaces, fitness center, and outdoor pool. Guest rooms were fully upgraded with sophisticated new décor; furnishings including beds, furniture, carpeting, and newly designed bathrooms. The updated design combines the style and elegance of a Hilton brand with the small-town charm of Southlake, Texas.
A 3,000-square-foot venue is currently being converted into Hilton’s unique meeting concept rooms, which will offer a “unique and aesthetically appealing space and design, personalized and culinary-inspired food and beverage offerings, high standard tools and technology, and service and experience that blends personalization and customer satisfaction,” according to a media release.
New furniture, carpeting, tables, and updated technology transformed the lobby area while The Coffee Spot, a grab-and-go food and beverage stop, was expanded to include a self-checkout kiosk and new chef-driven offerings.
The hotel’s onsite restaurant, Copeland’s of New Orleans, now offers Cajun-Creole and seafood dishes, accompanied by an extensive cocktail menu available during dinner and happy hour service. An oyster bar is slated to open within Copeland’s this fall.
Various meeting and event spaces within the hotel received a refresh, which included new carpet, wall coverings, and the addition of new furniture to elevate the hotel’s corporate and group offerings.
The fitness center expanded to more than 1,200 square feet, an addition of 300 square feet, complimented by fresh paint and new flooring. New high-end equipment was added including two Peloton bikes. New pool and veranda furniture elevate the outdoor spaces, rounding out the renovations.
The Hilton hotel is located steps away from hundreds of retail, dining, and recreation opportunities.
