MIAMI, Fla. – Hilton Miami Downtown has joined forces with Media Stage, a Miami-based audiovisual company, to transform its Symphony Ballroom into a full-service venue for the future of the meetings and events world.

Media Stage has built three custom sets within Symphony Ballroom, each one allowing for customization, personalized flexibility and state-of-the-art livestreaming media functionality.
Set #1 offers a fireside chat-style setting, featuring a simple yet attractive lounge space ideal for a one-on-one or moderated conversation.
Set #2 includes three LCD monitors to display video content (from one or multiple sources) and a newsroom-type presentation desk.
Set #3 delivers the most capabilities, with an 8-by-15-foot high-resolution LED wall that can display any type of media or be used as a green screen. The set also includes custom furniture and a lectern with an additional monitor built in.
