The former Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center Celebration Area is now Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks, offering 420 guest rooms and 30,000 square feet of event space. A 122-room Hyatt Studios with 3,000 square feet of meeting space is slated to open later this year at Kissimmee Gateway Airport, an executive airport for private and corporate aviation. Homewood Suites by Hilton Celebration, which broke ground in July 2025, is expected to offer 128 studio, one- and two-bedroom suites once completed. According to Experience Kissimmee, both Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate and Margaritaville Resort Orlando have announced plans to expand meeting space in 2027 and beyond.
The 1,718-room Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center features 519,242 square feet of function space, including a newly completed $158 million expansion that added additional breakout rooms, ballrooms, and the Florida Exhibition Hall, which can accommodate 10,000 guests. The 1,005-room Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate includes 255,000 square feet of event space. Margaritaville Resort Orlando has 265 guest rooms and more than 300 villas, plus 40,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space and island-inspired teambuilding activities; the 317-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk has indoor/outdoor event space for up to 144 guests; 300-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South has 25,955 square feet of function space, including the Palms Ballroom with seating for 1,980 theater style; and 420-room Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks has 30,000 square feet of function space. Also, Reunion Resort & Golf Club includes condos, townhomes, and vacation homes, along with 25,000 square feet of function space, while the 718-room Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration has 13,327 square feet of event space.
Brightline offers high-speed rail throughout central and south Florida, with a primary hub at Orlando International Airport, and SunRail provides a direct connection from downtown Kissimmee to downtown Orlando.
