LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Louisville Tourism has announced the addition of four new team members at the destination marketing organization: Cassie Culbertson, strategic alliances associate; Amy Czerwonk, social media coordinator; Trey Harris, visitor experience programming manager; and Katie Molck, content manager.

Culbertson will support destination engagement inquiries, hotel partners, subscribers, billing, and database management. She will serve as the go-to resource for hoteliers and new participants. Previously, Culbertson worked in Louisville Tourism’s call center, helping visitors with travel questions, reservations, and local recommendations.

Czerwonka will expand Louisville Tourism’s social media reach. Her experience includes seven years as the wellness coordinator at Wel at Humana, where she assisted in the creation of marketing assets, client programming, and corporate communications.

Harris will oversee the activation calendar for the organization’s three visitor experience assets and will assist in planning and executing events within the experiences. Prior to joining Louisville Tourism, Harris spent more than five years as event coordinator at James B. Beam Distilling Co., where he managed all aspects of marketing and event planning for group experiences, meeting space rentals, and private events. He is an active member of the Kentucky Travel Industry Association and collaborated on numerous events and trade shows with Louisville Tourism prior to joining the team.

Molck brings more than a decade of experience in editorial writing, content strategy, and digital marketing to her new position as content manager. In her previous work at 6AM City, Molck helped launch and grow LOUtoday and most recently served as managing editor, overseeing content across multiple cities. At Louisville Tourism, she will help shape content across various platforms, including blogs, email campaigns, photos, and videos.
