Conveniently located near Interstate-4 in Lakeland, RP Funding Center is the premier entertainment venue and ideal location for events targeting the state of Florida and the southeastern United States.
Formerly known as The Lakeland Center, RP Funding Center was renamed in 2017 and renovated in 2019. With a rich history of hosting special events, we proudly welcome more than 500,000 patrons attending more than 500 events annually, including major concerts, sporting events, theatrical performances, commencements, conventions, meetings, expos, consumer trade shows, and more.
Our experienced management team provides a wide variety of services, such as audiovisual needs, media relations support, catering, concessions, crowd management, equipment, ticketing, utilities, and other production and labor services. In 2020, RP Funding Center earned GBAC (Global Biorisk Advisory Council) Star Accreditation. We hold our team to the highest standards and provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of small meetings, as well as large, comprehensive events.
