Located just off Interstate 20, Monroe Civic Center consists of four venues: a convention center offering more than 22,000 square feet of event space; a multipurpose arena with 44,000 square feet of exhibit space; a performing arts theatre seating more than 2,200 people; and a 14,000-square-foot conference hall with a banquet capacity of 1,000. West Monroe Convention Center, across the Ouachita River, has space to host a capacity of 1,000 people.
The new West Monroe Sports & Events venue features 70,000 square feet of multi-use space for trade shows, conferences, banquets, seminars, and sporting events. Adjacent to the facility is a new 108-room Residence Inn by Marriott. Other hotels include downtown’s 69-room Hotel Monroe, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which has event space to host up to 180 people. Courtyard Monroe Airport, near Interstate 20, offers event space for up to 110 people.
