The resort’s 10-acre beachfront event space holds a capacity of 6,300. Indoors, the new 30,000-square-foot Calusa Ballroom and waterfront terrace can host more than 3,300 guests, while the 17,000-square-foot Banyan Ballroom and 10,000-square-foot Palms Ballroom are flexible for various events.
The 474-room Naples Grande Beach Resort features more than 80,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor function space. The largest area, at 14,442 square feet, accommodates 1,660 guests. A 13,858-square-foot poolside event area has a capacity of 750 people.
Hurricane Ian severely damaged the Paradise Coast and several properties, requiring extensive repairs. However, many have also used the opportunity to upgrade, such as the 189-room LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples. The resort, which reopened last summer after renovating its guest rooms and suites, features 10 indoor and outdoor event areas for special events. It accommodates 300 people seated in its largest space.
Last summer, the Ritz-Carlton, Naples, unveiled several new suites, three new restaurants and club lounges, and a new lobby. The brand’s second area property, the Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón, is finishing several new enhancements, including a refresh of all 295 guest rooms and suites. Other additions and upgrades include pool cabanas, two new restaurants, and revamped public areas.
